A chibi moth at that! Ah, the unbearable cuteness of stubby arms and little antenna. These cels were not actually on the screen together (you can see a screencap here) but the cels have been taped together by some dastardly strong tape that leaves icky residue behind and the layers are all stuck like crazy ;_;
